Position: Senior Debt Relief Counsellor
Lead Type: 100% Inbound Calls
Compensation: Paid training/Base with performance bonus opportunities. Ample opportunity for advancement in compensation.

Location: On-Site / 505 consumers Road Toronto North York, ON M2J 4Z2, Canada
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend requirement (Saturday).

Consolidated Credit’s unbiased debt-counselling service offers alternatives to help people get their debts under control. The role of the Senior Debt Relief Counsellor is to receive and handle qualified incoming calls from individuals that are interested in getting help with their debt, providing them with a consultation and motivating our clients to enroll them into performance based debt relief programs. Industry experience is not required.
Senior Debt Relief Counsellor Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from prospective or existing clients, identify their needs, and present the most suitable product, program, or solution.
- Drive results by meeting or exceeding key performance metrics, including conversion rates (i.e. qualified to enrolled) client acquisition and call handling goals.
- Build rapport and trust quickly with clients through a courteous, friendly, and professional approach.
- Listen actively to client goals and concerns; demonstrate empathy while guiding the conversation toward a confident action-based decision.
- Clearly explain program details, pricing, and benefits to help clients make informed decisions.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Time Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Results Focus: Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven mindset with attention to closing opportunities on the first call.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high call volume.
- Tech-Savvy: Solid computer skills, including CRM platforms, dialer systems, and digital communication tools.
- Bilingual Preferred (English/French): Not required, but highly valued for engaging a broader client base.
We provide an in-house training program and certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Avg Annual Compensation: $90k
